WhatsApp: If you choose to chat on WhatsApp, your messages may be stored to provide support and to convert chats into orders upon your request.

Payments: Payments are processed via secure providers (Razorpay/UPI/COD/Wallet). We do not store full card details on our servers.

Security: We use access controls, encryption in transit, and logging to protect user data.
