Shipping Charges & Rates
We calculate shipping fees based on package weight, size, and destination pincode. The rates are clearly computed and displayed during the checkout process before payment.
- Orders above ₹799: Free Shipping nationwide.
- Orders below ₹799: Starts at a base rate of ₹49 per order, with a weight surcharge of ₹25 for every additional kilogram.
Delivery Timelines
Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday. Once you place an order, we hand pick, check, and pack your items with maximum care.
- Processing time: 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Transit time: Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive shipments within 3–4 days, while rural and remote areas might take up to 7 days.
- Tracking your order: A WhatsApp message and email containing tracking links will be automatically sent to you as soon as the package is handed over to the courier partner.
How We Pack Live Plants
Shipping live plants requires special engineering. Over the years, we have perfected a plant-safe packing methodology:
- Moisture locking: We hydrate the plant and wrap the root ball/pot in a moisture-retaining coco-peat mixture and secure it in a plastic shield to prevent soil spill or dehydration.
- Custom breathable boxes: Our cartons are extra-thick and have air ventilation holes to ensure plants receive adequate oxygen during transport.
- Secure anchor: Plants are internally locked/anchored to the box sides so they do not shift, tumble, or break even if the package is held upside down.
Transit Damage Guarantee
While we pack with absolute care, live plants can occasionally experience stress or damage in transit.
Our 24-Hour Replacement Promise
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that a plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or with a broken pot:
1. Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and its box.
2. Share it with our support team via WhatsApp or email (cornerleafy@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Our team will verify and initiate a free replacement or a full refund to your wallet/original payment source immediately.
Note: Minor issues like a dry leaf, small cosmetic leaf tears, or temporary travel limpness are normal and recoverable. Just water the plant and keep it in partial shade, and it will perk up in a few days.
