Returns & Refunds
You can cancel an order before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. For eligible cases, a refund is initiated to the original payment method or wallet based on the payment mode.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Live plants: Live products are sensitive; issues caused by incorrect post-delivery care aren’t eligible for return. However, transit damage and wrong-item delivery are covered.
Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 working days (bank timelines may vary).
